Introduction

By using our website, requesting a quote, or booking a vehicle with Usama Transport Solution (UTS), you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms govern the transport arrangements between you and UTS.

1. Rentals Include Driver Only

UTS operates exclusively on a driver-included model:

• No Self-Drive: Under no circumstances do we offer self-drive rentals. All vehicles are operated by professional, licensed UTS drivers.
• Driver Responsibility: The driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle. Passengers must follow the driver's guidance regarding safety, routing, and passenger capacity.

2. Bookings & Quotes

Rates generated by our quote form or calculated by our team are subject to confirmation:

• Estimates: Online and WhatsApp quotes are estimates and only finalized once confirmed by our team. Bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
• Rate Changes: Quotes are based on standard route parameters and current fuel costs. We reserve the right to adjust rates if there are significant changes to the travel dates or fuel prices.

3. Routes & Additional Expenses

Rates are calculated based on the agreed route and timing:

• Route Changes: Unplanned route changes or extra stops will be charged additionally.
• Tolls & Parking: Motorway tolls, parking fees, and entry charges are generally paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
• Driver Outstation Allowance: For multi-day outstation trips, the customer must arrange food and accommodation for the driver, or pay the agreed daily driver allowance.

4. Cancellations

• Local Bookings: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Tours & Large Groups: Bookings for Coasters, Hiaces, and multi-day tours must be cancelled at least 5 days in advance.
• Institutional Contracts: Monthly contracts are subject to the cancellation terms agreed in the service contract.

5. Passenger Rules

• Safety: Passengers must stay seated while the vehicle is moving and follow safety guidelines.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all UTS vehicles.
• Capacity: We do not transport passenger counts exceeding the safe seating capacity of the vehicle.
• Luggage & Items: UTS is not responsible for personal items left behind in vehicles. If you lose an item, contact our support team and we will do our best to help you find it.
